Matcha Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 2 bamboo spoons matcha
  • 50 ml water (80°C)
  • 1 teaspoon honey or sugar
  • 150ml water or sparkling water
  • Juice from one lemon
  • Ice cubes

Procedure:

  1. Sift the matcha powder into a bowl or cup.
  2. Add 100 ml of water at max. 80°C and whisk in W-motions until completely creamy and foamy.
  3. Squeeze a lemon into your glass, add (Danish) water and mix it with sugar or syrup until dissolved.
  4. Add ice cubes.
  5. Slowly pour your matcha mixture over the lemonade to create beautiful layers and enjoy.

Hot Matcha Latte

Ingredients

  • 2 bamboo spoons matcha powder
  • 50 ml water (80°C)
  • 200–250 ml milk (we prefer oat)

Procedure

  1. Sift the matcha powder into a bowl or cup.
  2. Add 100 ml of water at max. 80°C and whisk in W-motions until completely creamy and foamy.
  3. Heat the milk until it foams.
  4. Pour the hot milk over the matcha and enjoy.

Iced Matcha Latte

Ingredients

  • 2 bamboo spoons matcha powder
  • 50 ml water (80°C)
  • 200 ml milk (we prefer oat)
  • Ice cubes

Procedure

  1. Sift the matcha powder into a bowl or cup.
  2. Add 100 ml of water at max. 80°C and whisk in W-motions until completely creamy and foamy.
  3. Fill a glass with ice.
  4. Pour milk into the glass.
  5. Pour the matcha slowly over the milk so that you get nice layers.
  6. Add syrup to taste if desired and enjoy.

Matcha Popcorn

Ingredients

  • 1 portion of popcorn (50–70 g)
  • 1–2 teaspoons matcha powder
  • 1–2 teaspoons sugar (optional)
  • 1–2 tablespoons melted butter or coconut oil

Procedure

  1. Pop the popcorn.
  2. Toss them with melted butter or coconut oil.
  3. Sift the matcha (and possibly sugar) over and stir until evenly distributed.

Iced Strawberry Matcha Latte

Ingredients

  • 100 g strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1–2 teaspoons sugar or syrup, or sweeten to your taste.
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
  • 2 bamboo spoons matcha powder
  • 50 ml water (80°C)
  • 200 ml cold oat milk
  • Ice cubes

Procedure

  1. Heat strawberries, sugar and possibly lemon juice in a small saucepan.
  2. Let it simmer for 5–10 minutes until thick, then cool.
  3. Sift the matcha powder into a bowl or cup.
  4. Add 100 ml of water at max. 80°C and whisk in W-motions until completely creamy and foamy.
  5. Put 2–3 tablespoons of strawberry compote in the bottom of a glass and save the rest.
  6. Add ice cubes.
  7. Pour over the cold oat milk.
  8. Pour the matcha slowly over the milk so that the layers remain separate and enjoy.

Matcha Tonic

Ingredients

  • 2 bamboo spoons matcha powder
  • 50 ml water (80°C)
  • 150ml tonic
  • Juice from half a lime
  • Lime slice for the top
  • Ice cubes

Procedure

  1. Sift the matcha powder into a bowl or cup.
  2. Add 100 ml of water at max. 80°C and whisk in W-motions until completely creamy and foamy.
  3. Add ice cubes to your glass.
  4. Fill the glass with tonic
  5. Pour your matcha mixture over it slowly so you get nice layers.
  6. Squeeze the juice from half a lime over it and enjoy.
