Do you have a physical store?
Yes! We have a physical store at Gammel Kongevej 91, 1850 Frederiksberg C.
Opening hours - Gammel Kongevej:

Saturday: 10-16
Sunday: Closed
We also have a store in Tivoli Copenhagen at Vesterbrogade 3, 1630 Copenhagen V.

How long can I exchange and return?
You always have 14 days full right of return on all purchases on our website. You can see how to return here .
If it has been more than 14 days since your order was purchased, you cannot get money back, but we are happy to exchange for another item or a credit certificate, which is valid for 2 years both in our physical store and online.

Sale items and items purchased at warehouse sales cannot be returned.
Please note: Christmas gifts can be purchased from 1 November can be exchanged until 15 January 2027.
Can I have my order packed?
YES! We will gladly pack your order free of charge. If you want an order wrapped, write it in the comment field before going to pay/check out.
How do I buy a gift card?
You can buy a gift card in our store or online at our webshop here .
Our gift cards are valid for two years both online and in our physical store. You can buy gift cards for the following amounts online: DKK 100, DKK 200, DKK 250, DKK 300, DKK 400, DKK 500, DKK 600, DKK 700, DKK 800, DKK 900, DKK 1000 and DKK 2000.
If you want to buy a gift card for a specific amount such as DKK 210. or DKK 749. you are welcome to send us an email, we can easily help with that. Send us an email at: hello@sakuracph.dk
Do you have the same stock online and in store?
We have the same stock in store as we have online. We also have everything you can see online in our physical store at Gammel Kongevej 91, 1850 Frederiksberg.
We often have a larger selection in the store of unique items that are not on the webshop.
Who are you sending with?
We usually ship with GLS. You can choose which package shop suits you or have your package delivered directly to your home or workplace.
What is the expected delivery time?
The typical delivery time is 1-3 working days. If your order is urgent, please write it in the comment field or send us an email at hello@sakuracph.dk.
You are always welcome to pick up your order in the store. Collections are typically ready for collection on the same day or from the next business day.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide.

Do you use sustainable packaging?
We always pack your order well and securely. When we send web orders, we aim to use packaging that is as sustainable as possible. We recycle cardboard boxes and packaging fillers and use recyclable plastic. Our gift wrap is made from recycled paper.
