Delivery in Denmark

📦 We ship orders 5 days a week throughout Denmark.

  • Free shipping on orders over DKK 799.
  • Delivery to a parcel shop: DKK 45.
  • Home delivery: DKK 59 (Denmark only).

Your order will primarily be shipped with GLS, but we also use DAO, Bring, or PostNord depending on the order.

👉 Please note that certain products may have special delivery terms, which will be clearly stated before purchase.

In-store pickup

You can also choose to pick up your order free of charge at our store:

Delivery to the EU & the rest of the world

  • Shipping to the EU: DKK 149.
  • Shipping to the rest of the world: DKK 349.

Returns for online purchases

You have a 14-day right of return on items purchased from our online store. After 14 days, refunds are no longer available, but you can exchange the item for another product or receive store credit within 30 days.

The return period begins on the day:

  • You receive your order.
  • You receive the final item (if multiple items were ordered in one order but delivered separately).
  • You receive the final part of an item delivered in several shipments.

👉 Important: You cannot cancel your purchase simply by refusing to accept the package. You must receive the package and then notify us of your return by email at hello@sakuracph.dk.

Returning an online order in our physical store

You can always return items purchased from our online store at our physical store:

Returns for purchases made in our physical store

For purchases made in our store, the following applies:

  • We do not offer refunds.
  • You can exchange your purchase for another item or receive store credit within 14 days.

Gift purchases:
If your purchase is a gift, it can be exchanged within 14 days from the date the gift is given.
Store credit can be used both in our physical store and online and is valid for 2 years.

How to return an online order

We want to make the return process as easy as possible. If you wish to return an item, please complete our return form on our website before sending the package back.

âś… Important:

  • We will send you a return label by email, but you can also arrange the return yourself. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. A return label costs DKK 45 within Denmark, DKK 149 within the EU, and DKK 299 for the rest of the world.
  • The package must be sent directly to our store using GLS or PostNord – not to a parcel shop, as we are unable to collect packages from there.
  • We do not accept returns sent with DAO or Bring.

Return conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • All tags and original packaging must be intact.
  • Please include a copy of your order confirmation or write your order number inside the package.

Refunds:

  • Once we have received and approved your return, it will be processed within 10 business days.
  • You will receive an email once your refund has been processed.
  • The refund will be issued to the same payment card used for the original purchase.
