The SHIZEN series is handmade in stoneware and glazed with organic glazes, made from natural ingredients such as wood ash. Working with organic materials, the glaze takes on a vibrant and unpredictable expression, with slight variations in color and texture that make each piece unique. The series is inspired by the Japandi style -a union of Japanese and Scandinavian design - simple, timeless and durable.
