Horii matcha

Delicious Horii matcha from Kyoto. The tea comes from one of the oldest tea plantations in Kyoto with their 'mother tree' being over 300 years old, which still produces cuttings. The matcha is ceremonial grade, which means it is the most refined form of Japanese matcha. The high quality gives a lovely, mild and round taste.

• Our Horii matcha has a round and creamy green tea flavor that does not taste bitter.
• Matcha has a slightly invigorating effect that provides energy.
• Contains 14 mg of caffeine per 100 ml, which is equivalent to a quarter of what is in coffee.
• The caffeine in matcha is excreted slowly, so you don't subsequently experience an energy spike or the jitters in your body that you might experience with coffee.
• Contains antioxidants and the amino acid L-Theanine, which is known to reduce stress and increase concentration.

• Store in a dark, dry place at room temperature.
• After opening, it is recommended to be stored in the refrigerator.
• The powder comes in a small bag for the best shelf life. Either leave the powder in the bag or pour it directly into the can.
