This fine mesh strainer from Martinys is made of stainless steel. The fine mesh structure makes it ideal for sifting matcha powder to avoid lumps in your tea. It is easier to whisk your matcha if the powder is sieved beforehand.

The sieve can also be used to filter broth or to sift flour and sugar when cooking and baking. A classic tool in Japanese cuisine.
