Sing Tea: Organic Greek Mountain Tea w. Orange 50 g
"Greek Mountain Tea", also known as Sideritis, is a common plant in the Mediterranean region. Here in an exciting and flavorful combination of orange peel, nettle, flowers and lemongrass.
Organic Greek Mountains with orange is also particularly suitable as iced tea.
Ingredients: (* = organic) *Sideritis Syrica (Greek Mountains) 31%, *Nettle, *Lemongrass, *Orange peel 14%, *Linden blossom, *Mormon fruit, *Chamomile, natural bergamot aroma.
Preparation
Organic "Greek Mountain Tea" with orange is brewed in a preheated pot. The water must not boil for too long as it removes the oxygen from the water.
- Use 4 g of tea for 400-500 ml of water.
- Water temperature: 95 degrees.
- Steeping time: 3-5 minutes.
Since the tea leaves give the best results by floating freely, you may want to use a spacious strainer in the preheated teapot or pour the tea over a preheated teapot.
Tips
If you are only brewing one cup or glass at a time, you can use a coffee strainer or "fill-your-own" tea bags to allow the leaves to float freely and release their delicate aroma. When using a coffee strainer or "fill-your-own" tea bags, the leaves can also be re-brewed.
Store dry and cool.
