Characteristic of pine is that it becomes more beautiful with age. The colours mature and gain a deeper glow. Heartwood and sapwood age at different rates, highlighting the wood's natural grain patterns. After a few years, the pine in each chair will develop a rich and complex honey-coloured tone.
