Takubo Lucky Charm in Straw / Yudasuki
The sling traditionally worn by midwives is called Yudaski, and it embodies the wish for fertility, a safe birth, and a bountiful harvest.
The motif is also seen in carvings (erimono) used as decoration in kagura rituals, where Yudaski is always included. This testifies that the symbol has been revered in the area since ancient times.
In addition to the wish for fertility and a safe birth, Yudaski is also believed to hold a creative power. Therefore, it is often used as an auspicious decoration in creative environments and crafts.
For cleaning, it is recommended to gently wipe the surface with a dry cloth. Avoid getting the product wet and store it in a dry place.
