A1616/arita's iconic Palace Plate is designed by Japanese Teruhiro Yanagihara. All plates are handmade in the Japanese city of Arita. 1616/arita has specialized in porcelain for more than 400 years.

The plates are unglazed and have a slightly rough surface. They are resistant to all foods, e.g. beetroot, oil etc. The plates are grey and come in three sizes: 11cm, 16cm and 22 cm.
