







Embroidery workshop with Mender Society for beginners
Learn to embroider with Mender Society!
Come to a cozy and educational workshop in embroidery and visible mending, where you will be equipped to repair and beautify your clothes with decorative embroideries from Mender Society.
Katrine Damgaard, who is behind Mender Society, will take you by the hand and lead you into the world of embroidery, using her embroidery kits as a starting point, where you will learn the essential techniques and stitches for embroidery on clothing, so that you will be equipped to extend the life of your wardrobe yourself.
Location: Sakura Social, Gammel Kongevej 91C, 1850 Frederiksberg.
Duration: Approximately 2.5 hours
The workshop includes:
- Your very own starter kit with the most essential embroidery equipment.
- One of Mender Society's embroidery kits with beautiful motifs, patterns, templates and enough thread to make many more embroideries at home.
- Knowledge of and practical experience with embroidery for visible mending.
- Tea and snacks in a cozy and aesthetic setting at Sakura Social.

Registrations are binding, and money will not be refunded if you are prevented from attending after payment/registration.
If our instructor is sick on the day or if Sakura Copenhagen has to cancel the event for another reason, the full amount will be refunded to you.
