This beautiful bamboo lamp is designed by Japanese Tani Toshiyuki. The lamp is handmade and each bamboo stick is turned and shaped by hand. The lamp is composed of almost 1000 pieces of bamboo and is a true small work of art.

The lamp is named 'Hokore', which means proud in Japanese, and the inspiration for the lamp comes from the strength of a flower bud.

The lamp creates the most beautiful shadow play. The shadows can be more or less prominent depending on where in the room it hangs.

The lamp comes with a porcelain socket and a 3-meter long fabric cord in white.
