Classic mint blend with a fresh and cooling taste.

Spearmint adds a mild, sweet note, while peppermint provides a more intense freshness. This tea has a calming effect and is suitable for both relaxation and a gentle energy boost.

Product information:
Ingredients: organic peppermint 50%, spearmint 50%
Preparation: Brew the tea in a preheated teapot or pitcher. Use approx. 1g of tea per 150ml of water. Pour water at approx. 90°C over the leaves. Steeping time: 3-5 minutes.
Enjoy the tea cold: The tea can also be cold brewed in a bottle or glass pitcher. Use approx. 1g of tea per 100ml of water. Fill with hot water and let it cool completely for a rich flavor. The tea is ready when it's cold.
Tips: Adjust the quantity to taste – use a little less tea for a milder cup. Teek can be enjoyed both hot and cold. Store in a dry and cool place.
