Rooibos grown only in a small area in the Cederberg region of the Western Cape province of South Africa. Rooibos is an herbal tea that originates from the bush Aspalathus linoaris. Rooibos is a popular herbal tea, as the fine and rich taste appeals to many.

Ingredients: rooibos ( aspalathus linoaris ), vanilla pieces.
Preparation
Rooibos is a light and friendly herbal tea as it cannot become bitter. If you make a large pot and don't empty the pot, you can put the rest in the fridge and enjoy it later as a cold tea.
Use 4 grams of tea for 400-500 ml of water.
Water temperature: 95 degrees.
Drawing time: 3-5 minutes.
Tips
If you only brew one cup / glass at a time, you can use a kopsi or "fill-yourself" tea leaves, where the leaves can flow freely and thereby give off the fine aroma. When using copy or "Fill-yourself" tea leaves can also be brewed on the leaves again.
Store dry and cool.
