A beautiful coffee table book titled Noma in Kyoto.

The book is about Noma chef René Redzepi's trip to Japan. Noma's journey with Kyoto began in 2009 when Redzepi was invited to the city by the famous Japanese chef, Murata-san. Immersed in the rich traditions of Japanese food culture during a two-week crash course, led by three Michelin-starred chefs, a true love story with Japan unfolded.

Over the years, Redzepi has brought many different teams to Japan on inspirational trips. This deep connection led to the first pop-up in Tokyo in 2015.

The book is blue on one side and pink on the other, so you can change the look of the book to best suit your interior design.
