The book is about the chef from Noma, Rene Redzepi's trip to Japan. Noma's journey with Kyoto began in 2009 when Rene Redzepi was invited to the city by the famous Japanese chef Murata-san. Immersed in the rich traditions of Japanese food culture during a two-week crash course led by the three Michelin-starred chefs, a true love story with Japan unfolded. Over the years, Rene has brought many different teams to Japan on inspiration trips, and today we have eight team members from Japan. This deep connection led to our first popup in Tokyo in 2015 and the development of an extensive network of craftsmen, artisans, chefs, farmers, foragers and more throughout Japan.

We send packages out 4-5 times a week. We ship to all of Denmark. There is free shipping on purchases over DKK 799. Shipping costs DKK 45 to the parcel shop of your choice and DKK 59 for home delivery/direct delivery (applies only in DK).
