The table is available in 2 sizes – 160 cm and 200 cm in length – and is manufactured in Finland from Finnish pine.
A characteristic of pine is that it becomes more beautiful with age. The colors mature and gain a deeper glow. Heartwood and sapwood age at different rates, highlighting the wood's natural grain patterns. After a few years, the pine in each chair will develop a rich and complex honey-colored tone.
Pine is a soft wood type and will acquire marks and dents over time. But don't see them as flaws – embrace them. They are signs of life and of furniture that has been used and loved. Pine is not life-resistant. It is proof of life.
